PROJECT SUMMARY

It is envisaged that 15 young unemployed people between the ages of 18-29 registered with İŞKUR will receive vocational training on CNC operators.

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

To solve unemployment through vocational training to provide qualified personnel and to develop the economy of our province by supporting employment. To expand vocational training services to wider segments.

TARGET AUDIENCE OF THE PROJECT

15 unemployed young people between the ages of 18-29 registered with İŞKUR

MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT

   1. Preparation of training materials
    2. Identification of trainees
    3. Start of training
    4. Supporting the employment of participants after the training
    5. Certification of successful participants and public awareness of the project results informing

PROJECT'S OUTCOMES

• Within the scope of the project, 14 trainees completed their training and received certificates, and 10 trainees found jobs and started their careers.
• The training center employees, consisting of 4 people, were employed part-time for 6 months.
• Meetings with the participation of the press were held at the beginning of the project for promotional purposes and at the end of the project for the certificate ceremony, and approximately 150 people attended.
• Roof and door were built to expand the existing CNC laboratory in the training center.
